As part of this section, an invited lecture will be delivered by <strong data-start=\"414\" data-end=\"448\">Professor Volodymyr Troianskyi<\/strong>, a distinguished researcher in the field of astronomy. The new concept of its restoration and the redefinition of its mission and objectives emerged as a joint initiative of the <strong data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"916\">Center for East European Studies at the University of Warsaw<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"921\" data-end=\"973\">Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"978\" data-end=\"1404\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Today, this <a href=\"https:\/\/observatorium.pnu.edu.ua\/en\">unique high-mountain research facility<\/a> is entering a new phase of genuine scientific activity within our university.
