Horizon-Europe: information day

Special Section: Horizon Europe Information Day

Within the framework of ICPTTFN–XX, we will host a special section dedicated to the Horizon Europe Programme — the key European Union initiative that supports international research cooperation through competitive calls and consortia.

This format has proven highly effective during previous editions of the conference. Although participation in Horizon Europe still appears challenging for many Ukrainian researchers, the number of successful applicants from Ukraine is steadily growing year by year. The program offers a unique opportunity to establish new partnerships, obtain significant research results, and become an integral part of the European and global scientific community.

To support potential applicants, a network of National Contact Points (NCPs) operates in EU member states and associated countries. Their role is to provide researchers with guidance on funding opportunities, practical advice on preparing proposals, and assistance in different aspects of participation.

At this special session, Ukrainian NCP representatives will present the principles of Horizon Europe, explain the conditions of participation and partner search, and highlight the communication, financial, and legal frameworks of proposals. They will also provide specific insights into the participation of Ukrainian scientists in thematic calls most relevant to the research areas covered by our conference.

The exact time and date of this special session will be indicated in the working program of the conference.
